The company will store the information collected on its own servers or servers contracted by the company in the cloud by the service providers contracted by ZAMBIANCO.
The collection of these data takes place at the following occasions:
- When the user uses and fills out the contact form;
- When the user fills out the form in the “Holder’s Portal”;
- When the user requests service through Whatsapp Business.

Sensitive data from our users will not be collected, thus understood by those defined in the arts. 11 et seq. of the Personal Data Protection Law. Thus, there will be no collection of data about racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, affiliation to a union or organization of a religious, philosophical and political nature, data relating to health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person.

3. How long will your personal data be stored

viii) information about the possibility of not providing your consent, as well as being informed about the consequences, in case of refusal;

Zambianco Group will make every effort to meet such requests in the shortest possible time, but reserving the right of the period determined by Law.
It is important to highlight that, under the terms of the GLPDP, there is no right to delete data processed on legal basis different from the consent, unless the data is unnecessary, excessive or processed in disagreement with the law.

The holders of personal data processed by us may exercise their rights by sending a message to our Personal Data Protection Officer, either by email or mail. The information you need to do this in the “How to contact us” section of this Privacy Policy.
To ensure that the user who intends to exercise their rights is, in fact, the personal data owner that are the object of the request, we may request documents or other information that can help your correct identification, in order to preserve our rights or our third-parties’ rights. This will only be done, however, if absolutely necessary, and the applicant will receive all related information.

Without the loss of any other means of administrative and judicial appeal, the personal data holders who feel, in anyhow, that have been harmed, may file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority, as long as you have contacted the company directly in order to solve your doubts or questions. According to ANPD guidelines, only requests formally presented to the data controller that have not been answered should be forwarded to the agency.

We reserve the right to modify, at any moment, the current rules, especially to adapt them to any changes made to our website, whether by making new features available or by suppressing or modifying existing ones.
