Talk to the DPO
The objective of the “Talk to the DPO” channel is to meet the law's requirement regarding the right of data subjects and direct communications and direct requests to the person responsible for managing confidential information in the Zambianco Group.
Here, the owner of the data has free access to communication with us about their requirements in accordance with the terms of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD) in articles 18 and 20 of Law 13.709/2018.
The format of service to the holder can be online or in person at our office, totally free of charge and within the period stipulated by law or based on the regulation of the National Data Protection Agency (ANPD).
In the act of requesting the holder about the treatment of their personal data, they must confirm to us their real ownership or legal representation of the data, and for this, the Zambianco Group may require the submission of all necessary documentation for analysis and actual proof of the data and requirements on it. This is due to the security and identification of fraud on the holder's data.

The data protection officer is the professional in charge of informing, advising and controlling the data controller, as well as the workers who process the data, regarding the website's obligations under the terms of the RGPD, of the Law of Personal Data Protection and other data protection provisions in national and international law, in cooperation with the competent supervisory authority.
