This channel was created and is active to meet the Law 13.709/2018 requirements, entitled as General Law of Data Protection(GLDP).

 

The objective of the “Talk with the DPO” channel is to meet the law’s requirement regarding the holders’ right about their data and directing communication and direct requests to the responsible for confidential information management from Zambianco Group.

 

Here, the owner of the data has free access to communication with us about their requirements according with the terms of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (GLPPD) in the articles 18 and 20 of the Law 13.709/2018.

 

The format of the holder’s service could be on-line or in person in our office, totally free of charge and within the period prescribed by law or based on the regulation of the National Data Protection Agency (NDPA).

 

 

Upon the holder’s requirement about their personal data treatment, they must confirm to us their real ownership or legal representation of the data, and for this, the Athena Security may require the submission of all necessary documentations for analysis and real proof of data and requirements about it. This is due to the security and identification of fraud on the holder’s data.
